The first container train with 2362,5 tons of premium wood pellets arrived today in St.Petersburg. GreenTimber Group will forward this shipload to its clients in Denmark. It took just 8 days for the train to travel about 5 500 kilometers and arrive in St.Petersburg – at Petrolesport terminal.

Delivery of wood pellets to the port by railroad in containers in bulk is the fastest and most economical way of pellets transportation to the port over a long distance. This technology implemented by GTG in cooperation with TransContainer and Global Ports Group opens up great perspectives for Siberian factories.
